Disclosure regarding image upload : 5th Global Ayurveda Festival web application (GAF-Suite) may collect / transmit / sync / store image or photo of the user (upload is optional), after logging in to the dashboard, to enable issuance and download of delegate entry pass with photo, which will be useful especially in attending programs of VVIPs such as Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Governor etc. since their security protection group may insist photo in Delegate Pass.
Note* :
- Please create a GAF-Suite Account once & login to the User Dashboard for Abstract Submission, Delegate Registration, Pre-conference workshop and International Business Meet Registrations. Individual registrations for Ayurveda Biology Conclave, Seminar On Vrikshayurveda & Mrigayurveda also can be done in the same user dashboard independently for those who are not registering as a delegate.
